கோர்ட்டில் ஒப்படைப்பு
முதல் தகவல் அறிக்கை நகல், மூடி சீல் வைக்கப்பட்டு, லாகூர் கோர்ட்டில் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டது. பகத்சிங் அறக்கட்டளை தலைவர் இம்தியாஸ் ரஷித் குரேஷிக்கும் அந்த நகல் அளிக்கப்பட்டது. இவ்வழக்கில், 450 சாட்சிகளை குறுக்கு விசாரணை செய்ய வாய்ப்பு அளிக்காமல், பகத்சிங்குக்கு மரண தண்டனை அளிக்கப்பட்டதாக அவர் குற்றம் சாட்டினார்.
